Fusecart does not own your store content. You grant us permission to host and display it to provide the service.

Some Fusecart features may require payment.
You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes as per your selected plan.

Payment gateways handle transactions securely. Fusecart does not store your card details.

5. Free & Paid Plans

Fusecart may offer free and paid subscription plans.
Features may differ by plan and can change at any time.

We may modify pricing or features with prior notice.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Misuse the platform
  • Fail to pay required fees

7. Intellectual Property

Fusecart owns all rights to its platform, software, branding, and content.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
